Rewards by Access Loyalty Program is a customer loyalty rewards initiative designed to appreciate and reward active customers who transact using their access card. Points are gained when customers transact with their cards are redeemable at any of our merchant partners.

Have an active account and be a user of any of Access Bank (Ghana) PLC card type (Debit or Credit) and consent to be enrolled.

You earn points whenever you use your Card for eligible transactions, including local and international everyday POS purchases, bill payments, and online transactions. ATM transactions are excluded.

Points can be redeemed for various benefits, such as dining, groceries, travel benefits, spa treats, discounts, special merchant offers among others. Our loyalty partners/merchants can be seen on our website and channels.

Yes. Your loyalty points after 36 months of zero redemption activity.

You can track your loyalty points via your Rewards by Access loyalty account (accessible on the Bank’s website), Access Mobile App, Email.

No, loyalty points are non-transferable from member to member. Points can however be transferred to merchants that have loyalty programs and are in partnership with the Bank or Gifft and can only be used by the cardholder.

If your card is lost or expired, your points will remain linked to your account. However, if your account remains inactive for period (3 months and above), you will lose your points.

Yes, the program has different loyalty tiers based on the card type and transaction activity.

To get the most out of the loyalty program, use your Card frequently for everyday transactions (go cashless), Take advantage of special promotions and bonus point offers.
